Those involved in a two-vehicle wreck that occurred Tuesday in Perry have been identified.

According to the Perry Police Department, just before 10 a.m. a gray Honda Civic driven by Htay Htay Win of Des Moines was westbound on Highway 141. Win was slowing down to make a left turn toward Willis Avenue when the vehicle was struck by a white Hyundai Elantra driven by Marilyn Celeste Cervantes Castaneda of Perry. Castaneda claims she was fatigued at the time of the wreck. No injuries were reported. Castaneda was cited for failure to stop at an assured clear distance. Perry Police, Fire, and First Responders, and Dallas County EMS responded to the scene.
