Visitation for Daisy Burk, age 4 months of Perry, will be Thursday, September 3rd from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Carris Family Funeral Home and Cremation Care in Perry.   Memorials will be given to her family and may be left at the Carris Family Funeral Home & Cremation Care.  Survivors include:  Parents, Logan and Brandy.  Brother, Axel Burk.  Grandparents, Tina Rumbaugh of Woodward, Dan Burk of Loville, Mark and Deana Menard of Council Bluffs.  Great grandparents, Linda and Larry Clayton of Carter Lake, Dawn Bryan of Woodward, Chris Bryan of California and Lois Burk and Bill Stuffelbeam of Lovilla.  Great great grandmother, Carol Bryan of Madrid.
