Dallas County has officially surpassed 2,500 positive COVID-19 cases.

According to the state dashboard as of Wednesday, Dallas County added 19 new cases since Sunday, increasing their total to 2,504. They also have 1,923 individuals that have recovered and 38 deaths. Dallas County is at 7.3% 14-day positive average. Greene County remained the same with 67 positive cases, 42 recoveries, and zero deaths. Greene County is at 8.3% 14-day positive average.

According to the Guthrie and Adair County dashboard as of Wednesday, Guthrie County had nine new positive cases since Sunday increasing their total to 182, with 136 recoveries and five deaths. Guthrie County is also reporting a 6.7% 14-day positive average. Adair County had five new positive cases increasing their total to 54, with 33 recoveries, and one death. Adair County is reporting a 2.8% 14-day positive average.

Statewide, there are a total of 71,315 cases, with 51,059 recoveries, and 1,198 deaths. Of the 677,757 people that have been tested, 604,917 were negative.

Additionally, in Region 1 of the Regional Medical Coordination Centers Hospital Data – which includes all of the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area – there are currently 101 hospitalized patients, with 22 in Intensive Care Units, and 16 admitted in the last 24 hours.
