The ADM Tigers Cross Country teams will be running today at Ballard with the hope of putting up some good times against a lot of talented runners.

ADM was scheduled to have a race last week down in Winterset, but due to rain all week in central Iowa, the race unfortunately had to be cancelled. The weather for the race today is expected to be very nice, and rain is not expected.

The Tigers know that this should be a good race for them today, as the competition is expected to be fierce across the board. They will be focused on improving their times from their first race, and trying to get into a good pace with the season, as the races will continue to be more and more important with the hope to be at their peak in October and November.

Today will be an important step for the Tigers, the races at Ballard Golf and Country Club will get going today at 4:30.
