adm-7

ADM Tiger football always is focused on multiple things on the defensive side of the football, but of course one of the most important things that they are focused on is forcing opposing teams to turnover the football.

ADM so far on the season has been able to turnover opposing teams five different times so far this year. That said, wins and turnovers have often correlated for the Tigers. ADM in their victory last week over Norwalk, was able to force three key turnovers in the game, with juniors Cody Felt and Gabe Heitz able to get a pair of fumble recoveries and junior Ty Hook able to get a key interception off of a deflected ball from Heitz last in the fourth quarter to help that game go to overtime.

ADM was only able to force one interception in both of their games against Nevada and Gilbert, both of which were losses for the Tigers.

Anybody will tell you that creating turnovers can change a football game, but for the ADM Tigers, it’s a needed part of their defense, and that hope to create multiple turnovers this upcoming Friday night against Winterset.
