3:05am: A deputy assisted with a medical call on N Avenue near 170th Street.

4:20am: The Sheriff, a deputy, Jefferson Police Department, and Carroll Police Department assisted the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office with a pursuit on 220 th Street. The pursuit reached speeds of 120 mph. A Jefferson Officer deployed spike strips at J Avenue and 220th Street in Greene County. The pursuit ended on 220th Street near Mulberry Street. The driver Linda Diebold 55 of Illinois was arrested for eluding, and operating while intoxicated by the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office.

6:27am: The Sheriff found a storage unit open near the Genesis Building. Nothing appeared to be missing.

7:35am: A deputy assisted with a cow out on S Avenue near 230th Street.

11:25am: A deputy investigated a theft in the 500 block of South 12th Street, Grand Junction.

11:12am: The Sheriff investigated a civil issue in the 300 block of North 5th Street, Grand Junction.

11:50am: A deputy investigated a complaint of cattle manure dumped on W Avenue for over a mile south of 220th Street.

1:33pm: A deputy and a Jefferson Police Officer provided traffic control for a disable semi on 220th Street near M Avenue.

5:00pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of West Percival Street, Rippey.

5:00pm: The Sheriff and a deputy assisted the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office with locating an adult female at Dickinson Park on Velvet Avenue.

6:33pm: A deputy assisted the Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office with a search of an apartment in Bayard.

9:51pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near S Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
