The annual event of community projects and new industries coming to Greene County will be done differently due to COVID-19 concerns.

The Greene County Development Corporation Annual Meeting will be held virtually Wednesday, September 23rd. The event will begin with opening remarks for GCDC President Sid Jones, followed by a year-in-review video. 

The highlight of the evening will be The featured speakers. Greene County Medical Center CEO Tracy Warner will talk about upcoming projects and future plans, followed by Nate Adams, who is a developer. He will share information regarding the middle school apartment project, as well as the Three Block Project in Jefferson. The final speaker will be Jefferson resident and developer Chris Deal on the new Gravitate coworking business located on the downtown square.
