Greene County law enforcement is asking for the public’s help in locating a fugitive.

Jefferson Police Chief Mark Clouse tells Raccoon Valley Radio they are looking for 35-year-old Justin Michael Cosnotti from Jefferson. Clouse says Cosnotti has four active arrest warrants and most recently violated his pre-trial release from a separate incident. Cosnotti faces felony charges from the police department as well as the Greene County Sheriff’s Office. Clouse notes Cosnotti has made several threats to law enforcement and claims to have access to firearms. He adds, if anyone sees Cosnotti to not approach him but contact law enforcement.

A $250 reward will be given for information that leads to Cosnotti’s arrest. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is to call the law enforcement center in Jefferson on their non-emergency number at 515-386-2136. Information can remain anonymous.
