The Perry football team will finally return home tomorrow night when the Bluejays host Winterset in a 3A district clash.  Perry was shutout for the fourth consecutive game last Friday night falling to Norwalk.  In fact, the last 2 weeks have seen the opposition race out to a large first quarter lead virtually putting the game away in the opening eight minutes.  Perry is hoping to return a number of key players this week following a rash of injuries.

“We were really banged up combined with playing some really good teams,” added head coach Bryce Pierce.  “Our guys continue to battle and really work hard in practice and that’s all I can ask and expect.  We have put in the time again this week and having some extra bodies has certainly helped us.”

Perry was missing seven starters at one point this season.

The Bluejays and Huskies will kick off on KDLS tomorrow night.
