ADM Tiger cross country varsity teams are continuing their non-race week, as they continue to get prepared for the conference, district, and state races as well. The Tigers have been able to put up some great times throughout the season as they continue to get better in that department.

Both the boys and the girls teams are currently ranked in the latest iowarunjumpthrow.com rankings, with the girls currently rated 10th in class 3A and the boys rated 11th. Both of these teams has a very good shot at making it to the state race in Fort Dodge, but know that these next few days of practice will be key to getting ready for those big races.

In the latest individual rankings, Nate Mueller is currently ranked number two on the boys in the state and Geneva Timmerman is currently ranked fifth for the girls side.

The Tigers won’t race again this week, and are continuing to gear up for their conference race next week in Ames.
