Haley N. Keubler, age 26, 20096 Wendover Pl, Dallas Center, was arrested on a warrant for Theft 3rd Degree.
Scott R. Hansen, age 45, 13838 120th, Rippey, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Obey A Subpoena & Failing To Appear.
Earnest Nester, Creston, was traveling north bound in the 29000 block of K Ave, when he was unable to avoid a collision with a deer. Damage was estimated at approximately $1500 and the vehicle had to be towed from the scene. There were no injuries reported.
Leonard Yager, Van Meter, reported damage to his fencing that allowed his livestock to get out. Upon arrival of a deputy, Mr. Yager and Colton Golwitzer, Van Meter, were on scene. Mr. Golwitzer reported that he was rounding the curve in the 25000 block of 347th st, when he hit a deer. This caused him to lose control of the vehicle and he went into the ditch, hitting the fence. Mr. Golwitzer did not see any livestock and was going to come back the next morning to advice the owner. Damage to the fencing was estimated at approximately $500. Damage to Mr. Golwitzer vehicle was estimated at approximately $2500. Mr. Golwitzer was cited for Striking Fixtures Upon a Highway and Failure To Maintain Control.

Nicholas Duckett, Adel, was traveling in the 29000 block of K Ave, when he was unable to avoid hitting a deer. Damage was estimated at approximately $5000 and the vehicle was towed from the scene. There were no injuries reported.
