Dallas County is reporting three new COVID-19 related deaths as they officially surpass 3,200 positive COVID-19 cases.

According to the State Dashboard Friday, Dallas County has 74 new cases since Wednesday for a total of 3,263, ninth-most in the State. There have been 2,666 recoveries and three new deaths for a total of 43. Dallas County has an 8.5% 14-day positivity rate. Greene County reported 11 new cases since Wednesday, increasing their total to 168. They’re also reporting 90 recoveries and zero deaths. Greene County is at an 8.3% 14-day positive average.

According to the Guthrie and Adair County Dashboard Friday, Guthrie County reported seven new cases since Wednesday, increasing their total to 354. There have also been 221 recoveries and 14 deaths. Guthrie County has a 14.1%,14-day positivity average. Adair County has 12 additional cases since Wednesday, increasing their total to 117 with 62 recoveries and one death. Adair County has a 10.8% 14-day positivity rate.

Statewide, there are a total of 105,748 cases, with 81,464 recoveries and 1,524 deaths. Of the 892,295 people that have been tested, 784,937 were negative, an 11.9% positivity rate.

Additionally, in Region 1 of the Regional Medical Coordination Centers Hospital Data – which includes all of the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area – there are currently 101 hospitalized patients, 21 in Intensive Care Units, and 11 admitted in the last 24 hours.
