Dallas Center Grimes soccer star Emma Angus has committed to play for Simpson College next season. She picked Simpson over a few other schools, and should be a great addition to a program that is routinely always competitive year in and year out.

Angus was able to put up a great soccer year when she was a sophomore for the Fillies, as she was able to make some great plays on the defensive end while helping the offense as well. Her speed, athleticism, and ball skills have her one of the most talented players in Central Iowa.

Angus will join some former Fillies on the roster, with Rachel Neumann on the roster for Simpson, and is an alum of DCG High School.

DCG is expected to have an excellent soccer team for the 2021 season after not having one for the 2020, and will be looking to count on Angus for the 2021 season.
