Greene County head football coach Caden Duncan told Raccoon Valley Radio the Rams are happy to be in the third round and among the 16 teams left in the Class 2A playoffs. He added that the players are not satisfied and want to keep the roll they are on going. Greene County has won six games in a row and will face second ranked PCM in Monroe on Friday at 7 p.m. The Rams are 7-2 on the season while the Mustangs are 8-0. At 58.9 points pre game, PCM is among the highest scoring teams in the state regardless of class size, and they’ve shut out five of the eight opponents they’ve faced.

“Our players and coaches have done a great job to get us to this point. We’ve improved so much since the start of the season, but these guy aren’t satisfied. We want to keep going”, the coach said.

Friday’s game will be broadcast on KGRA and streamed on www.raccoonvalleyradio.com.  Kickoff is at 7 p.m.
