Local authorities are on the lookout for a missing teenage girl.

According to the Iowa Department of Public Safety, 15-year-old Mackenzie Lyons was last seen at a residence in Adel getting into a black or dark blue mid-2000 four-door Honda Accord on Friday, October 30th just before 2 p.m. She is on prescription meds that are not currently in her possession.
