Governor Kim Reynolds has updated and extended the Public Health Emergency Proclamation due to increasing and record-setting cases of COVID-19.

Starting Wednesday, and for the next 30 days, any social, community, recreational, leisure, or sporting events with more than 25 people indoors or 100 outdoors are prohibited, unless all participants over the age of two are wearing masks. Groups of individuals that attend these events are limited to eight people, unless they are from the same household, and all groups must maintain social distancing. As for indoor youth or high school recreational activities, only two people will be permitted per athlete or participant.

The same requirements of no more than eight people, unless they are from the same household, are for any pool halls, bowling alleys, bingo halls, or indoor playgrounds. Governor Reynolds said masks must also be worn by employees and customers of personal service businesses such as salons, barber shops, and tanning.

Governor Reynolds encourages employers to have employees work remotely when possible and necessary to slow the spread of COVID-19. Click the link below to see the full proclamation.
