Dallas County reported more than 200 new COVID-19 cases Friday, pushing their overall total past 5,000 cases.

According to the State Coronavirus Dashboard Friday, Dallas County has 210 new cases since Thursday increasing their total to 5,070, ninth-most in the State. There have been 3,221 recoveries and 53 deaths. Dallas County has a 21.3% 14-day positivity rate. Greene County added 36 new cases, increasing their total to 380, 169 recoveries, and one death, according to the Greene County Public Health Department. Greene County’s 14-day positivity rate is 25.9%.

According to the State Dashboard Friday, Adair County has 21 new cases since Thursday for a total of 327 total cases, 127 recoveries, and four deaths. Adair County has a 18.8% positivity rate. Guthrie County has four new positive cases since Wednesday, increasing their total to 558 with 350 recoveries and 15 deaths. Guthrie County has a 22.1% 14-day positivity rate.

Statewide, there are a total of 176,679 cases, nearly 3,000 more than Thursday, with 106,544 recoveries and 1,948 deaths. The State has a 16.3% 14-day positivity rate.

Additionally, in Region 1 of the Regional Medical Coordination Centers Hospital Data – which includes all of the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area – there are currently 310 hospitalized patients, 66 in Intensive Care Units, and 60 admitted in the last 24 hours.
