A Perry man has been arrested on multiple charges, including sexual abuse. 

According to the Perry Police Department, 32-year-old Ricardo Hernandez-Hernandez was arrested and booked into the Dallas County Jail for two Class C Felonies for third-degree sexual abuse, two Class D Felonies for extortion, 11 aggravated misdemeanors for invasion of privacy/nudity and a simple misdemeanor for interference with official acts.

The charges stem from an investigation that began on August 8th. Search warrants were executed to seize Hernandez’s phones. During the execution of this warrant, Hernandez attempted to hinder the officer’s search for the phones. 

Officers found cell phone evidence that Hernandez captured 11 videos and photos of two different adult females without their permission. It is further alleged that on two occasions, Hernandez threatened to share the recordings he possessed of one of the victims unless they had sexual relations with him. 

Hernandez is being held in jail with no bond or bail. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
