An Ogden man faces a felony charge for burglary from a December incident in Jefferson.

According to court documents, 29-year-old Matthew Spaulding allegedly entered a residence in the 300 block of East Lincoln Way on December 7th, without permission. Court documents show another individual, 33-year-old Jonathan Kennedy of Fort Dodge was with Spaulding when they were in the residence together and removed items from the home.

Both suspects have been charged with a Class C Felony for second-degree burglary. Kennedy was arrested last week, was booked into the Greene County Jail, where he was later released under his own recognizance. Spaulding was arrested earlier this week, and he was booked into jail, and was later released under his own recognizance.
