Greene County plays in Panora vs. Panorama and Paton-Churdan plays host in Churdan to Manson-Northwest Webster in high school basketball girl/boy doubleheaders tonight.  The Rams and Panthers can be heard on KG98 and streamed on www.raccoonvalleyradio.com. Coverage begins at 5:40 p.m. with the girls playing at 6 p.m. and the boys to follow.

The Rams are 3-4 in girls’ basketball and 1-6 for boys while the Panthers are 7-2 and ranked tenth in the Class 3A girls rankings by the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union. Panorama’s boys are 7-1.

Greene County is coming off their first win of the season while the Panthers have only lost one time in boys’ basketball.

The P-C girls are 8-2 and coming off a victory vs. 1A number 10 CAM (Anita). The M-NW girls are 1-7. The P-C boys are 3-7 and will face a M-NW team that is 0-8.
