2:55am: Scott Perdue 44 of Ogden was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense.

7:32pm: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 300 block of Irving Street, Scranton.

8:19pm: A deputy investigated a loud noise in the 300 block of Hager Street, Grand Junction.

8:27pm: A deputy investigated a burglary in the 500 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
