Following Governor Kim Reynolds public health emergency proclamation, the Greene County School District has released updated spectator guidelines.

Activities Director Todd Gordon says each high school student-athlete, along with coaches, cheerleaders and managers of a specific team are allowed eight spectators for the home team and four for the visiting team. Additionally, any high school game management personnel can only have members of their immediate household attend. Student-athletes at any level lower than high school will be allowed two spectators each.

Other guidelines include having a checklist of approved individuals will be used at each contest, family groups must sit together and practice social distancing of at least six feet apart from others, and masks must be worn at all times, with the exception of those two and younger. There will continue to be no student section and the new restrictions will allow for 50-percent capacity at any contest.
