2:39am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department of locating three individuals identified taking property in the 200 block of West Head Street.

5:20am: Jason Edward Trotter (47) of Perry, was booked into the Greene County Jail for Theft 4th Degree (2 counts), Criminal Mischief 4th Degree (2 counts), and Trespass – Injury or Damage Greater than $300.00.

6:15am: Sharlee Jean Royce (23) of Newton, was booked into the Greene County Jail for Theft 4th Degree (2 counts), Criminal Mischief 4th Degree (2 counts), and Trespass – Injury or Damage Greater than $300.00.

6:45am: Nicholas Joseph White (40) of Newton, was booked into the Greene County Jail for Theft 4th Degree (2 counts), Criminal Mischief 4th Degree (2 counts), and Trespass – Injury or Damage Greater than $300.00.

8:10am: Karl Maurice Krieger (27) of Jefferson, was booked into the Greene County Jail for Reckless use of Fire or Explosives.

8:56am: Deputies assisted Churdan Rescue with a welfare check in the 800 block of Hill Street of Churdan.

12:32pm: A deputy assisted with a civil issue in the 600 block of 18th Street North in Grand Junction.

1:23pm: The Sheriff investigated an erratic driving complaint in the 500 block of 220th Street.

3:04pm: Deputies investigated domestic disturbance complaint in the 1900 block of L Avenue.

6:56pm: Jennifer Marie Ashby (48) of Jefferson, was booked into the Greene County Jail for Theft 5th Degree.

11:22pm: A deputy investigated a noise complaint in the 500 block of Main East in Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
