The Stuart City Council will discuss a new lease for the All-Saints Center with resident Greg Dudley as part of its regular meeting Monday night.

The Council delayed action on the matter from its previous meeting to explore any potential issues with tax abatements that were received from Project Restore’s previous lease.

This meeting will also serve as the public hearing for the maximum tax levy for the city’s fiscal year 2021-22 budget. The Council is also expected to set their public hearing date to certify the 2022 fiscal year budget.

Additionally, the Council will hear a request from the Stuart Depot Committee, discuss a one-way traffic ordinance, a pay estimate for the sanitary sewer system lining project, the All-Saints Addition and a discussion concerning Mid-American Energy gas franchise fees.

The meeting will be held at City Hall in Council Chambers at 6:30 p.m. In-person attendees must wear a mask. To join the meeting remotely via videoconference, click here. To attend by phone, call 646-749-3122 and enter 711-811-173# as the access code.
