Sidney Nagle, Perry, was driving in the 20000 block of Lexington Rd when his vehicle lost traction and slid into the ditch, hitting a tree. There were no injuries reported and damage was estimated at $5000.

Charles D. Jones, age 31, 1702 22nd St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Parole.
Eric N. Ranker, age 2121 Greene St, Adel, was arrested on a warrant for Violation of Probation Terms. Original charge was Domestic Abuse Assault.

David Arnold, age 63, 835 W. 4th St, Newton, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence – 1st Offense.
Matthew J. Kilts, age 40, 2014 Warford, Perry, was arrested for Failure To Appear. The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled or Revoked.
Feb. 21
Shayne Coldwell, age 24, 825 1st Ave, Council Bluffs, was arrested for Violation Of No Contact/Protective Order-Contempt.
