The Perry City Council will consider the approval of purchasing  real estate at their regular meeting Monday. 

Also, the Council will consider approving the disposal of unclaimed property, setting a public hearing date for the fiscal year 2022 budget, a pay application for an HMA rehabilitation, and multiple items related to the water treatment facility improvement project. 

Finally, the Council will consider approving a liquor license for Dollar General, setting a schedule for the 2021 yard waste disposal dates and procedures, supporting the creation of an economic development district in central Iowa, the submission of an application of the airport coronavirus response grant program, tax abatement applications for residential construction completed in 2020 and approving the purchase of real estate from Interstate Power and Light Company.
