Dallas Center – Grimes boys and girls soccer both had some intriguing matchups on Tuesday night, and both were able to pick up nice victories, with the girls getting a great win over Johnston 2-1, and the boys taking care of conference foe Oskaloosa by the score of 6-0.

On the boys side, the Mustangs were able to score three goals in both the first and second halves, as they were able to move to 2-0 on the season. On the girls side, it was hard victory for the Mustangs, as they were able to beat the Dragons for the first time in the last nine tries, and get a signature victory early in the season that they can potentially build off of.

The boys will be back on the field on Thursday when they take on the Huskies of Winterset, whiles the girls will be playing next weekend in a tournament.
