Dallas Center  – Grimes spring sports have been in full swing throughout the month of April, and the Mustangs will be staying busy tonight with multiple teams competing.

The girls golf team will be competing today at Elmwood Country Club in Marshalltown, as the Mustangs will be taking on fourteen other schools in the event, and should provide an excellent litmus test to see where they are against some of the top tier teams in the state. That event will begin at 10 am.

Both of the boys and girls track and field teams will be working today, as the Mustang girls will be up at Ankeny Centennial and the boys to be at DCG stadium as they will be participating in a home meet. The boys meet will have eight teams total at it, as the Mustangs will be looking to put forth a good showing in front of their home fans. Both of the events will begin at 4:30.

DCG will be looking for success today, and hope to find some when all is set and done.
