While more people are able to receive the COVID-19 vaccines than before, some people may not be able to go to a location to receive it.

Dallas County Health Department Public Information Officer Ann Cochran says for those people who can’t go somewhere to get the vaccine, they are willing to come to them.

“We are putting together a list and we will be going out to people’s homes to give them their vaccine.”

Cochran tells Raccoon Valley Radio while the list would group people together by location, people should call the health department to be put on that list so they can be included in their specific group.

“What we will do is put together a list and try to parse it out geographically. So, if we are heading in one direction we can do everybody that lives in that general area, and then head out a different direction on a different day.”
