Greene County ended the high school boys’ soccer season on Monday night in Grand Junction at Karber Field with a 1-0 victory vs. Panorama, now 3-14. Coach Carl Behne’s Rams improve to 11-6 and they’ll open Class 1A Substate 7 play this Thursday at 7 p.m. vs. Atlantic, also in Grand Junction. The Rams are ranked number 12 in their class and on Monday the only goal of the contest came less than 15 minutes in from sophomore Gesser Aguilar. Both teams had several chances the rest of the way, but no other goals were scored.

The Rams lost in girls’ soccer in Panora to Panorama by a final of 10-0 to fall to 0-15. Greene County has been shut out 12 times and has just three this season. The Panthers are now 11-6.
