Donna Diers, 89, of Orient passed away on Saturday, June 5, 2021, at the Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.

 Mass of Christian Burial:  Will be held on Friday, June 11, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the St. John’s Catholic Church in Greenfield with burial in the Orient Cemetery.   A luncheon will be held at the church following the committal services at the cemetery.  Father Ken Gross will officiate the service.  Online condolences may be left to the family at www.steenfunerals.com.  The Steen Funeral Home of Greenfield is in charge of professional arrangements.

Open Visitation:  Will be held on Thursday, June 10, 2021, at the Steen Funeral Home in Greenfield from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

 Family Visitation:  The family will greet friends on Thursday, June 10, 2021, at the Steen Funeral Home in Greenfield from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

 Memorials:  Memorials may be directed to Donna Diers Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.

Survivors:  She is survived by her son, Larry Diers and wife Risa of Orient; three daughters, Patti Wilson and husband John of Orient, Janet McAtee and husband Jeff of Stuart and Jolene Neal and husband Phil of Orient; ten grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; two sisters, Phyllis Ransom and husband Jerome of Newton, Iowa and Joyce Kingery of Florida; other relatives and friends.
