A new business is having a grand opening celebration tomorrow.

Gravitate Coworking is a coworking business that gives remote workers, freelancers, and entrepreneurs space to do their work in a more professional setting. The company, which owns and operates locations in Des Moines and Windsor Heights, opened the Jefferson location this past January. Memberships are available to be able to utilize their facility.

The grand opening event will be from 11:30am-1:30pm at 202 East State Street, with a ribbon cutting to take place at noon. Free beverages will be provided and public tours of the facility will be available. Additionally, owner Geoff Wood will allow anyone to use their space for free from 9am-5pm Friday.
