Funeral services for Bonnie Berns, 83, of Glidden will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Carroll. Burial will be in the Merle Hay Memorial Cemetery near Glidden. Friends may call at the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Glidden after 5:00 P.M. on Monday where there will be a prayer service held at 7:00 P.M.  The casket will be moved to St. Paul Lutheran Church at 9:30 A.M. on Tuesday where visitation will resume until 10:15 A.M. Bonnie is survived by her children and their families: son Terry of rural Glidden; daughter Kathy Berns of Clear Lake; nine grandchildren: David Schwering (Nikki), Kendra Landherr (Randy), Nikki Berns, Jessica Heidemann (Matt), Emily Berns, Cody Berns, Dallas Berns, Megan Ferk, Mallory Ferk; ten great-grandchildren: Kailey, Carson, Kenzie, Caden, Jack, Lakeisha, Lavon, Laleila, Lane, and Lyla; a brother Ed Remsburg (Marty) of West Des Moines;  a sister-in-law Dorothy Diekmann (Raymond) of Parker, CO; a brother-in-law Marvin Berns (Shirley) of Urbandale; and several nieces and nephews.
