Services for Aletha Ruth, 99, of Jefferson, and long-time resident of Paton, will be held Monday, September 20, 2021 at First Presbyterian Church in Paton.  Friends may visit with the family beginning at 1:00pm Monday at the Paton Presbyterian Church, with the funeral service beginning at 2:00pm Monday.  Interment will be in the Paton Twp. Cemetery.  Refreshments will be served in the church Fellowship Hall.

Aletha is survived by her daughter, Carolyn (Rich) McCormick;  sisters: Cleta Cupp and Barbara Hilbert; five grandchildren: Wendy (Wayne) Blackwell, Shawn Ruth, Michael (Andrea) McCormick, Jennifer (Darrell) Strunk, and Ryan McCormick; 13 great-grandchildren: Hannah, Elizabeth and Annabeth Blackwell; Jordan, Hannah, Eli, Lucas, and Cora Ruth; Madisyn and Cael McCormick; and Sydney, Mia and Reese Strunk; other relatives and friends.
