The Jefferson City Council will meet tomorrow night.

The meeting will start with a public hearing and consider approval of selling property at 1006 North Walnut Street, along with setting a public hearing for the review of the wastewater treatment plant project and state revolving loan fund application. They will also set another public hearing to rezone several properties from residential single family to residential multi-family. Next, the Council will consider the first reading of an ordinance for voting precincts and consider approving services with Atura Architecture for swimming pool house family restroom design. They will consider approving the quarterly funding request from Greene County Development Corporation.

Finally, the Council will consider approving annual appropriations for rebate payments under the development agreements for Lincoln Ridge Estates, Briarwood, Jefferson Hotel Group, Michael and Miranda Wahl and the Jefferson Veterinary Clinic. 

The meeting will take place at 5:30pm at the City Hall Council Chambers.
