Dallas Center – Grimes Mustangs basketball will be looking forward to hitting the practice floor for the first time next week, and the amount of kids out in the program have been very good for 2021-22. One of the strongest showing classes is the senior class, which is represented by 11 different guys this year, a very nice total for the program.

The senior class includes Bo Huston, Tyler Bailiff, Brandon Meyeran, Skyler Nolte, Jacob Runyan, Troy Peitzman, Jackson Jones, Auston Penton, Cole Glasgow, Brayden Fuller, and Blake Perrin.

Multiple starters return out of this group in Huston, Glasgow, and Jones, along with key role players and excellent depth off of the bench as well.

Many of these guys have played together a good amount throughout their careers, and most that knowing each other on and off the court well will be good for team chemistry.

First practice of the season for Mustang basketball will be happening next Monday.
