Funeral services for Joseph “Poppy” Feeny, 70, of Winterset, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 4, 2021, at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home Winterset Chapel. Family will greet friends one hour prior, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
