Jerry is survived by his wife Keisha; mother Jannette Hornsby of Madrid; daughters Katarina Goodrich) of Butte, MT and Larissa Hornsby (Josh Snyder) of Panora; son Conar Hornsby of Des Moines; stepson Dylan Boude of Grand Junction; grandchildren Kaisley and Kaine Goodrich; and sisters Charmalee White (Rusty) of Dawson and Christine Moran of Madrid.
