Funeral Services for Joan Minnihan, 85, of Jefferson will be 10:30 am Saturday, January 22, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jefferson. There will be a Rosary Service at 3:00 pm Friday, January 21, 2022 at Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home in Jefferson. Visitation with the family present to greet friends will be Friday from 3:00 pm following the Rosary to 5:00 pm at Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home. The visitation will continue on Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church 1 hour prior to the service. Memorials are suggested to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jefferson.

She is survived by her husband Mike Minnihan of Jefferson, IA; her daughter, Michelle (Jon) Mehl of Story City, IA; her son Mark (Ellen) Minnihan of Ames, IA; four grandchildren:  Austin Minnihan, Katie Minnihan, Monica Mehl, and Krista Mehl; her sister Marian Pearce of Ft. Myers, FL; nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.
