7:43am: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on 220th Street near N Avenue. Henry Segebart 21 of Vail was stopped by the Iowa State Patrol and arrested for operating while under the influence 1st offense and improper use of lanes.

8:14am: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 1900 block of 130th Street.

8:45am: A deputy assisted with cattle out on 255th Street and Quaker Avenue.

9:02am: A deputy investigated a violation of a no contact order in the 1500 block of 220th Street.

9:12am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 150th Street and S Avenue.

10:10am: Henry Segebart 21 of Vail was booked into the jail for improper use of lanes and operating while intoxicated 1st offense.

1:40pm: The Sheriff, a deputy, Grand Junction Fire and Rescue, and Greene County Ambulance responded to a UTV rollover accident on Somerset Avenue near 170th Street. William Sutton 69 of Jefferson was operating a UTV and lost control on the gravel road and rolled onto its top in the east ditch. William was taken by Greene County ambulance to the Greene County Medical Center for suspected minor injuries.

6:06pm: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on 220th Street near N Avenue.

6:37pm: Kegan Claiser 23 of Ogden was booked into the jail for operating while intoxicated 1st offense.

8:03pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 1600 block of P Avenue.

8:28pm: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 400 block of Perkins Street, Churdan.

11:30pm: A deputy assisted the Jailer with an unruly inmate.

11:34pm: A deputy investigated a burglary in the 1600 block of Newberry Avenue.

11:35pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint in Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
