A Perry man rolled over in a semi truck into Beaver Creek Tuesday afternoon. 

According to the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded at 4pm when a semi truck driven by Gary Repp of Perry was headed on a dirt road in a farm field on Knox Trail and the road gave way causing the vehicle to roll over into the creek. The Perry Fire Department was able to remove Repp from the vehicle and transported to Mercy Hospital in Des Moines for possible injuries. The Iowa Department Natural Resources was called on scene to clean up any hazardous chemicals. The vehicle sustained an estimated $20,000 in damages.
