It has been another busy week for the ADM Tigers high school baseball team this week. On Monday the ADM boys lost a close road game to Boone 7-5. Senior Sam Holloway led the ADM Tigers with two hits on the night. Sam Holloway also pitched that night and pitched four innings and gave up four earned runs while giving up four hits and striking out five Boone batters. On Tuesday the ADM boys traveled on the road to take on the Martendales St. Marys Blue Devils. They did end up with the 14-5 road win over Martensdale St Marys. Junior Grant Rychnovsky led the ADM Tigers with three hits with one of them being a home run. Senior Benjamin Smith pitched five strong innings getting five strikeouts, then senior Nate Fisher came into relieve Ben Smith in the top of the seventh inning to close the door and get the 14-5 win over Martendale St Marys. Then the ADM Tigers came home to host the Carroll Tigers on Wednesday night. The ADM Tigers defeated the Carroll Tigers 12-6. The ADM Tigers offense score ten of their twelve runs in first and second inning of the game. Senior Sam Holloway led the ADM Tigers in hits with it be his first triple of the season. Sophomore starting pitcher Reed Ausdemore pitched three innings and gave up two earned runs on three hits, five walks and with four strikeouts, then senior Jacob Crannell came into relieve Ausdemore in the fourth inning allowed four 4 runs, only one of those runs were earned while giving up three hits, two walks and four strikeouts. Then sophomore Grant Jansen came in the top of the seventh inning to shutdown the Carroll Tiger batters when he struck out the side to secure the 12-6 win over Carroll.
