Robert Pieart, age 28, 1914 Lefina Ct, Ankeny, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation Terms.

Katie Marlow, age 33, 1105 Polk Street, Dexter, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault, Possession Of Controlled Substance and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

Mark Bentler, age 48, 8438 Tulip Ct, Dexter, was arrested for Possession Of Controlled Substance and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

Dallas Donscheski, Elba, NE, was driving a semi in the 100 mile marker of I 80 when he experienced a mechanical failure of the semi.  This caused it to run onto the shoulder and into the cable barriers.  No injuries were reported and damage to the semi was estimated at $6000.  Damage to the cable barriers was estimated at $7000.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
