The Guthrie Center City Council met in regular session Monday night.

The Council approved the 2023-24 Urban Renewal report, a resolution regarding an amendment for the Urban Renewal Plan, and a resolution to enter into a development agreement with Main Street Guthrie Center. Compliance Officer Wes Clark left his report with City Administrator Kris Arrasmith, sharing that he was keeping an eye on a nuisance garage complaint.
