Report of sex abuse in the 1200 blk of 18th St. Case under investigation.

Report of a property damage accident in the intersection of 141/1* Ave. No injuries.

Unit 1 Black 2004 Cadilliac Escalade driven by Jenna Mischke of Jerrerson, IA.

Unit 2 2011 Buick Regal driven by Sean Paul Lozano of 730 Williams St.

Both Unit 2 was in front of Unit 1, both approaching intersection of 141/1. Both units wanted to turn. Unit two attempted to negotiate turning NB from 141*, in doing so unit two was struck by unit 1’s front portion of vehicle. Unit two received damage to rear bumper.

September 30th

Arrest: Chavez, Gabriela Age 25 of 2718 Charles St. Charged with Driving Under Suspension and Driving While Suspended.

Arrest: Smith, Michael Andrew Age 34 Adr/ 2407 Mckinley St. Charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrest: Lingner, Kyle Patrick Age 36 Adr/ 1502 Estella St. Charged with Ineligible to Carry Weapon, Interference with Official Acts- Weapon, Interference with Official Acts and Simulate Public Intox 1.

Report of Harassment in the 800 blk of 24 St. No charges.

October 1st

Arrest: Kurcheck, Biar Age 47 of Des Moines, IA. Charged with Driving Under Suspension.

Arrest: 15 yoa male of Perry, IA. Charged with Interference with Official Acts and Des Moines PD Warrant.

Property damage accident under investigation in the 1300 blk of 6th St. Damage to side of door.

It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
