The Adel City Council will meet in regular session tomorrow.

The Oath of Office will be administered for recently elected officials at the start of the meeting. Certificates of appreciation will also be presented to the outgoing council members and mayor.

Items on the agenda seeking approval include parks and recreation board appointments, right of way services agreement with JCG Land Services for the Adel Recreation Trail Project and a real estate donation agreement with the Nature Conservancy. 

Other items seeking approval include resolutions for an agreement for 2025 and 2026 public improvement contract proceeds, declaring an official intent to reimburse the city for certain original expenditures paid in connection with specified projects and additional compensation for the deputy city administrator during vacancy in the city administrator role.

The council may also go into closed session for pending litigation.

The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. tomorrow at Adel City Hall, 301 S 10th Street.
