The Perry Bluejays advance to 2-0 after defeating the PCM Mustangs at home 4-0 on Monday. The Bluejays remain home on Tuesday, playing host to the Denison-Schleswig Monarchs with the action set to begin at 7pm at Dewey Field.

It was a back and forth contest throughout the first half until the 13 minute, as George Krohn found Alex Zamora who headered it in for the first goal of the night for the Bluejays. With four minutes left in the first half, Jacobo Cerna-Gomez notched in the second goal for Perry to take a 2-0 lead into halftime. In the second half, Jose Ortega struck twice to secure the victory and shut out for the Bluejays, 4-0.

Now at 2-0, the Bluejays return to action at home on Tuesday playing host to the Denison-Schleswig Monarchs. The action is set to begin at 7pm.
