It’s win or go home for the Perry Jayettes soccer team as Perry travels to DCG High School, to face off against the Mustangs in Class 2A regional semifinals action. The winner will go on to face either Clear Creek Amana or Ballard in the regional championship for the opportunity to qualify for state.

Entering tonight’s contest at 6-8-2, the Jayettes look at an uphill battle on the pitch against the 11-2-2 Mustangs. The Jayettes defeated Carroll in the regional quarterfinals 2-1, while the Mustangs awaited the winner of that contest due to a bye. Sophomore Addison Perks looks to lead the charge for Perry’s offense with 10 goals so far this season while Karina Perez the senior keeper looks to guide the defense of the Jayettes entering tonight’s game with 170 saves.
