The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Baseball Team hosted Perry on Tuesday in Adel, as the Tigers blanked the Bluejays 11-0 to win their fourth game of the season.

ADM tallied their first run in the bottom of the first inning, followed by three runs in the second, and seven more runs in the third inning to eventually win 11-0 in five. Tiger senior Hunter Mendez led the way with two RBI’s, scoring two runs, as senior Cael Stanford also notched an RBI with two runs scored.

The losing pitcher was Bluejay junior Ian Fisher, who went 3.1 innings, allowed three runs, and captured three strikeouts. The winning pitcher was Tiger junior Ben Plaisance, going four innings, walking a batter and racked up three strikeouts.

Perry falls to 2-5 on the season, as they’ll travel to Nevada tonight at 7:30pm. ADM improves to 4-6 on the year, and will host Carlisle in Adel tonight, beginning at 7pm.
