The AC/GC Chargers are out in full force for competitions today.

Things start off with the cross country team heading to Jester Park in Granger for the meet hosted by Woodward-Granger. A total of eight teams will compete, with familiar teams such as the CAM Cougars, Perry Bluejays and hosting Hawks participating. The girls race begins at 4:30pm, while the boys race begins at 5:30pm.

The volleyball team will also be in action tonight, as they take on the Panorama Panthers and West Central Valley Wildcats in West Central Activities Conference action. The Chargers first face the Wildcats. Leading AC/GC in assists and serve aces is Kailee Kautzky, with 46 total assists, averaging 7.7 per set, and an average of 1.2 serve aces. Stella Largent leads in kills with 5.5 per set, sitting at 45 percent, while Blair Brown leads in total blocks and Ilana Baumert leads in digs with 15, averaging 2.5 per set. The team will then face the Panthers.
